We know that ordering branded products is an investment, and it's completely natural to have questions — or to shop around. We’re confident in what we offer and we actually encourage you to do your research. If there's anything you’re unsure about before ordering, we're always happy to help.

Can you help with artwork?

Whilst we don't have a graphic design department, we are able to offer advice and make alterations to existing files if needed.

What type of files can I upload?

EPS, AI, PDF or high-res PNG/JPG. We’ll help if you're unsure.

How long will my order take?

For printed items, we work on a turnaround of 7-10 days from artwork approval. Embroidered items take a little longer and we'll need 14-21 days for these.

Is there a setup cost?

Most of our print methods incur a setup cost of one type or another. Our printed garments are the exception.

Embroidery has a one off setup, only payable on the first order.

Can I see a visual proof before ordering?

We check all artwork manually, and if we notice anything unusual, we’ll get in touch before we go ahead.

We don’t offer full proofs as standard, but we’re happy to discuss this for larger or more complex orders.
